Lossless Frame Rate Converter

Change the frame rate/duration of a quicktime movie losslessly without using extra disk space or modifying the original. Saves a reference movie.

Standalone app tested on MaxOS X 10.6, and should run on MacOS X 10.4 or later. Max patch version can be used on Windows or Mac with the free Max Runtime program from Cycling '74. Windows users will also need to install the latest version of Quicktime if you have not already.
